Jason Nicolli brings extensive sales leadership, distribution, and packaging industry experience to Pipeline Packaging. His background includes leadership roles at Cardinal Health, VWR, and Berlin Packaging, where he led regional and national sales teams, developed growth strategies, negotiated complex contracts, and built strong customer partnerships.
Jason’s experience in packaging, distribution, supply chain solutions, and national account management provides a strong foundation for helping customers solve complex challenges. He is passionate about building high-performing teams, creating value-added solutions, and fostering collaboration across sales, operations, marketing, and supplier networks.
Jason lives in Dublin, Ohio, with his wife, Melissa, where they stay busy raising their two children. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from Mount Vernon Nazarene University.
