275 Gallon New Tote with 6" Red Cap and 2" NPS Butterfly Valve, Steel Pallet

This 275-Gallon Intermediate Bulk Container (or IBC) comes with all new components. Pipeline Packaging’s 275-Gallon New Tote with a 6” red cap and 2” NPS butterfly valve consists of an IBC industrial grade style reusable container that is encased in a layer of protective wiring. The Gallon New Tote is suitable for sustainably moving high volumes of powders and liquids including hazardous and non-hazardous materials. The caged plastic container sits atop a US steel pallet for easy stacking and forklifting capabilities making mobility a seamless operation.

Beyond its body, the Gallon New Tote possesses other features such as its 6” red cap and 2” NPS butterfly valve. The 6” red cap not only provides intense visibility on the plant floor but comes ribbed for sturdy removal and reapplication when necessary. The 2” NPS butterfly valve adds a cost-effective, yet resilient, solution for balancing ever-changing volumes of liquids, which is often the case when a gallon new tote is in frequent use. Their thin construction creates both a tight seal as well as a nimble mechanism to control the flow of product.

Alongside these features, the UN31HA1/Y/USA UN Rated 87129’s interior natural plastic container is constructed using HDPE. As a material, HDPE is highly rated for its ability to absorb UV light and prevent it from penetrating and contaminating the product inside. HDPE has also been deemed safe by the FDA as a food compliant material, meaning this gallon new tote is a great fit for storing ingredients of all kinds. Chemically, HDPE holds a high melting point, resistance to impact, and extraordinary tensile strength.
