Kate Chapman
Kate joined Pipeline Packaging as Director of Supply Chain in May 2026. She brings more than 25 years of supply chain experience, including the last 15 years in the rigid packaging industry. Kate is a collaborative and growth-oriented professional who is passionate about team development, fostering cross-functional partnerships, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. She earned her bachelor's degree at The Ohio State University. Kate and her husband, Ron, reside in Marysville and have 2 children. In her free time, Kate enjoys reading, traveling, and attending concerts/music festivals.
