      Totes

      Totes or Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBC) offer a pallet mounted industrial grade container suitable for handling most chemicals, ingredients, oils, wastes, fluids, solids, and semi-solids. The UN-Rated container is stackable and moved easily with a pallet jack or forklift. Pipeline Packaging’s tote product line sizes range from 120 to 550 gallons, with the most common configurations being 275 and 330 gallons. Totes are a great alternative to traditional plastic and steel drums.

      The interior bottle or liner is constructed of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), a strong and durable thermoplastic. UV-inhibited resin additives are also available in some configurations. The exterior cage made from quality galvanized steel that resists corrosion, rust, and other physical impacts.

      Reconditioned and remanufactured totes are a more economical option that is also environmentally responsible:

      • Reconditioned totes consist of a previously used inside bottle, cage, and pallet. The bottle is washed out prior to re-sale, making it ideal for agricultural and waste disposal industries where a new container is not always a requirement.
      • Remanufactured totes (also known as “re-bottled”) consist of a brand-new bottle with a used pallet and cage.

      • Remanufactured totes (also known as “re-bottled”) consist of a brand-new bottle with a used pallet and cage.
